Contextual Decision
Infrastructure

Condec builds systems of record for decisions in organizations operating with autonomous systems.

Why Condec exists

Organizations have systems of record for data. They have systems of execution for workflows.

As AI systems become increasingly autonomous, what's missing is a system of record for decisions.

When decisions remain implicit:

  • intent fragments
  • context is lost
  • accountability erodes as execution scales

Condec exists to make decisions explicit, structured, and governable — before execution is delegated to autonomous systems.

What we build

Condec introduces a new infrastructure layer: Contextual Decision Systems.

At the core of Condec:

  • decisions are explicit, owned objects
  • context is structured and related, not inferred
  • agentic systems execute intent without reinterpreting strategy

Condec does not automate decisions. It makes decisions operable by autonomous systems.

Who Condec is for

Condec is designed for organizations where:

  • execution is increasingly automated
  • decisions are high-impact and difficult to reverse
  • responsibility and governance matter

This includes executive teams, platform leaders, and architects operating at the boundary between strategy, AI, and operations.

Current status

Condec is currently in early development, working with a small number of design partners.

We are not publicly launching at this stage.
